Due to the nature of our products/services as we are a non-profit organisation, registered society under West Bengal Societies Registration Act XXVI of 1961 No. S/58149 of 1987-1988  and as you have made a donation, the donation/purchases you have made are not eligible for a refund.

For any other item to be eligible for a refund, you will have to return the item and you have purchased to us within 7 calendar days of the purchase. The items must be unopened and its original condition. Contact us in the above-mentioned address for the shipping details.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase with in 5 to 10 business days.
